A Separate Miva Merchant Empresa license is required that can be obtained free at : http://www.mivamerchant.com/products/empresa. Pre-requisites: Web server must be fully configured and working properly, before installation can begin. For walk-throughs, user must be familiar with how to operate their server and its configuration environment. For UNIX servers, this would include a working knowlege of the UNIX command line. For Windows: Please make sure that 'Terminal Services' is activated on the server. Technicians will be unable to use terminal emulation software such as 'PC Anywhere.
